Let the training begin! Today starts your journey towards the Cane Creek Triathlon. As I was thinking about your Motivational Minute today, it occurred to me that for most of you this training will take you out of your comfort zone, whether your uncomfortable zone is the run, bike, swim, or even the commitment to a training program in general. But did you know that real growth comes from getting out of your comfort zone? You have to do something different in order to get different results. So, as you begin your first week of training, I want to challenge you to get out of your comfort zone. Also, start thinking about what other areas of your life have you gotten complacent and need to get out of your comfort zone. Do you need to get uncomfortable by talking to someone you don't know? Do you need to get uncomfortable by finally putting more money into savings? Do you need to get uncomfortable by trying something new, a triathlon maybe? This is the time! Get Uncomfortable!
